Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 - Purpose

These conditions govern the sales of shoes and accessories by the company Les Mocassins Tropéziens via the website www.lesmocassinstropeziens.com.

Article 2 - Price

Prices are in euros, including all taxes (VAT and other applicable taxes), excluding processing and shipping fees. For orders outside mainland France, you are the importer. Customs duties or local taxes may apply and are your sole responsibility. The company reserves the right to modify prices at any time; products are billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation. Products remain the property of Les Mocassins Tropéziens until full payment. Risks are transferred to you upon physical possession.

Article 3 - Orders

Orders can be placed on www.lesmocassinstropeziens.com. Contractual information is in French. We reserve the right to refuse any order in case of supply issues or other difficulties.

Article 4 - Order Validation

Any order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The data recorded serves as proof of the transaction. A summary will be sent by email in PDF format.

Article 5 - Payment

Validation implies an obligation to pay. Payment is made via credit card through the secure CIC system.

Article 6 - Withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal without penalty. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return costs are at your expense. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned items using the original payment method.

Article 7 - Availability

Products are available as long as they are visible on the site. In case of unavailability after an order, we will inform you by email and cancel the order. We reserve the right to limit orders of identical items to 10.

Article 8 - Delivery and Returns

Orders are shipped within 48 hours. Returns must be sent to our boutique address within 15 days in their original, unworn condition. If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery, we will refund the order.

Article 9 - Warranty

Our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery via email, phone, or mail.

Article 10 - Liability

Products comply with French law. We are not liable for non-compliance with the laws of the country where the product is delivered. We are not liable for improper use or damages inherent to Internet usage.

Article 11 - Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, you may use the MEDICYS mediation service. French courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

Article 12 - Intellectual Property

All elements of the site are the exclusive property of Les Mocassins Tropéziens. Reproduction or use is strictly prohibited without written consent.

Article 13 - Personal Data

Article 14 - Archiving

We archive orders and invoices on a reliable medium. These records serve as proof of transactions.
